How should I care for my jewelry?

To maintain the shine and longevity of your Tuki Jewels, avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store your pieces in a dry, cool place and clean them with a soft, dry cloth after each wear.

What materials are used in your jewelry?

Our pieces are crafted with high-quality demi-fine materials, including semi-precious stones, pearls, crystals, and premium plating in gold and silver tones. Each product’s description specifies the materials used.

PAYMENTS & ORDER CONFIRMATION

What payment options do you accept?

  • Within India: Debit cards, credit cards, UPI, bank transfer, and wallets
  • International orders: Major debit/credit cards and PayPal

Can I convert a Cash on Delivery (COD) order to prepaid?

Yes, COD orders can be converted to prepaid before dispatch. Contact us to update your order.

What if payment is debited but I don’t receive an order confirmation?

This may happen due to a technical glitch. Please contact us immediately with your transaction details, and we’ll resolve it for you.

ORDER TRACKING & SUPPORT

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

You’ll receive a confirmation email at your registered email address once your order is placed.

How can I track my order?

Once dispatched, a tracking ID and link will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

What should I do if an item is missing or damaged?

Please get in touch with us right away with your order details and photos. We’ll make it right for you.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Our team will notify you in case of any unexpected delay. You can also reach out to us for real-time updates.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Address changes can only be made if the order has not been shipped yet. Contact us at the earliest for assistance.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 3 days from the date of delivery. However, please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only, valid for 3 months from the issue date.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been dispatched yet. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, we allow one-time exchange per order if requested within 3 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The exchange is approved only after a quality check.

What if I don’t find a suitable replacement during an exchange?

A store credit will be issued to your registered email, valid for 3 months, redeemable on your next purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

What are the shipping charges?

  • Within India: We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. A shipping fee of ₹180/- is applied to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
  • International orders: A flat shipping fee applies depending on the destination (custom duties not included).

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, express shipping is available at an additional cost. You can contact us over email/WhatsApp to discuss the same.

How long does shipping take?

  • Domestic orders: Once the order is dispatched, it takes around 3-7 business days to reach you, depending on your pin code
  • International orders: Once the order is dispatched, it takes around 10–12 business days (may vary due to customs clearance)

What should I do if the package appears tampered with upon delivery?

Refuse to accept delivery and contact us immediately with your order details.
