Shipping charges / Shipping method

• We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders within India
• A shipping fee of ₹180/- is applied to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
• COD is available for all orders above ₹999/- and below ₹3,000/-
• Same-Day Shipping within Mumbai is available via Wefast, Porter etc. You can WhatsApp us to arrange the same
• All prices listed are inclusive of GST
  

Order processing and dispatch

• You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is confirmed
• Products are typically shipped within 2-3 business days

 

Delivery schedule / timelines

• Once the order is dispatched, it takes around 3-7 business days to reach you, depending on your pin code
• Please note that orders to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states might take longer than usual to get delivered

 

Tracking information

• Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details
• While we are committed to assisting in tracking your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances, especially if they are attributed to our delivery partner

Important shipping information

• Orders placed on Sundays and Public Holidays are dispatched the next working day
• Same-day shipping is available only for Mumbai. Reach out via WhatsApp to check the availability and possibility. Same-day delivery excludes delays caused by weather, volume surges, traffic, etc.
• Shipping timelines exclude weekends and holidays
• Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled
• Delivery delays may occur due to
  • Address changes post-order
  • Shipment date may change if the items purchased are out of stock
  • Made-to-order or pre-order products
  • Courier / Logistics company delays and inefficiencies

 

International Orders

• We aim to dispatch international orders within 2–3 working days
• Typical delivery time is 5–10 working days, depending on customs clearance
• COD is not available for international shipments
• Duties and taxes may be charged. Tuki Jewels is not responsible for these fees and these duties are subject to change periodically as per the laws governing the destination country
• Shipping charges above ₹2500 may apply for oversized or high-volume orders, depending on the package dimensions/weight and destination. Any additional charges will be levied on actuals.
